Media Offline error in DaVinci Resolve - HEVC extension maybe be your issue. Watch now!

In this video, I will show you how to install the HEVC Video Extension from the Microsoft Store. If this extension is missing, DaVinci Resolve may not load HEVC videos properly. This can cause the pesky "Media Office" error. This is a plugin that allows you to play HEVC (High Efficiency Video Coding) video files on your Windows device.

Installing the HEVC Video Extension from the Microsoft Store is fairly straight forward. I've seen sites mentioning that this plugin use to be a free install, but now its $.99 at the recording of this video. Hopefully you find this video helpful.
