Greetings sir, this presentation is spot on🫡🇺🇸, thank you so much for this impeccable research! I really enjoyed watching your work.
ОтветитьIf you didn't put Charlotte North Carolina in there I don't agree with all this video
ОтветитьI enjoyed watching the video. Thanks for the content.
ОтветитьLet me guess what number one is before I even start the video.... Myrtle Beach South Carolina? Lol
ОтветитьAnd here they come
ОтветитьDo you have a video where you have compared and contrasted living in Greenville SC with the greater Mrytle Beach area of SC? Both cities have been at the #1 and #2 spots on my relocation list for over a year now; however, with the recent hurricanes (Debby and Helene) I would like some additional information to help ease my mind regarding hurricanes. Never in my lifetime have I ever thought a hurricane would impact Greenville SC or even Asheville NC. The devastation was so very sad. Thank you for this great video. Having been actively researching cities to move to I would definitely agree with your top 3 choices. The reason Franklin is not on my personal list is the cost of living is extremely high and the congested traffic is now almost all day long...might as well live closer to Nashville as it has so much more to offer. Would also love to hear your thoughts about relocating to Baldwin County, AL (Fairhope, Daphne, etc) as compared to SC regarding cost of living. It appears Alabama is much more tax friendly for people retiring, but you would have the expertise on this. Thank you so much.
ОтветитьThe Myrtle beach area is super nice and lots to do, but it needs more good paying jobs for the non-retired family's. My wife is asking and not much of an Asian population because of the lack of job opportunities
ОтветитьWhat is your take on Little River we plan on going there in February to check out the area interested in one of the condos that are in the two marinas
ОтветитьNo one staying in the US if evil Kamala wins
ОтветитьI'm looking into Greenville SC or Raleigh NC.
ОтветитьBoise Idaho is being ruined by The Californians moving there. It will go the way of Denver before you know it. It would take the Liberals long to screw it up.
ОтветитьGreat videos!!
ОтветитьCan the whole world please stop moving to Dallas? We like it just the way it is now.
ОтветитьHomes for $302? Lexington? Sign me up!
ОтветитьI'm in SW FL and I'm not moving. But I hope millions will.
ОтветитьWV is bacwards and the home of undereducated ,much poverty and drug addiction, there nothing to do
ОтветитьI should have avoided Washington.
ОтветитьWrong selections
ОтветитьLexington Kentucky average house price is 302 THOUSAND
Be sure to give average house price for each city ..which s a VERY important statistic
Overall another great Video from Pinkas Realty
Mrytle Beach looks nice, but based on personal experience of having lived in a growth area, that aspect may or may not be a problem. You have mentioned that tourism is strong. Might that control possible cost of living increases?
ОтветитьWe are looking at Peoria, Arizona. What info do you have about that?
ОтветитьRaleigh NC
Columbus, OH
Morgantown, WV
Boise, ID
Lexington, KY
Colorado Springs
Huntsville, AL
Greenville, SC
Franklin, TN
#1. Myrtle Beach
"only 30 hurricanes in the past 100 years" made me chuckle. One hurricane in 100 years is enough to not move there.
ОтветитьMoved from the Richmond VA suburbs over a decade ago to Carolina Forest (few miles just outside of Myrtle Beach city limits). Best move ever. If people don't like it here at the beach, they likely wouldn't be happy anywhere.
ОтветитьAs soon as I saw Columbus, OH., I knew to take this video with a grain of salt. A VERY SMALL grain of salt! 😂😂😂
ОтветитьNo stone left unturned unless that stone suggests houses should cost under $120,000 which is the exact price a brand new house with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms should cost. In 1956 that house was $8,000 when minimum wage was $1 now at a $15 an hour minimum wage means $8,000 X 15 = $120,000. You can easily build a house almost anywhere in the US for $120,000 if you can find the land for about $10,000-$20,000. I would recommend your own well and solar panels so you can pretty much separate yourself from the grid and build a nice high 8 foot cinder block wall around your house for another $10,000. For $150,000 you will only have to pay about $1,000 a year in property taxes and be completely self sufficient!
ОтветитьVermont is very safe!
ОтветитьWe want to move from NW Ohio in the next two years. Myrtle Beach is our #1 choice, but also looking at Northern KY because one of our kids lives in Cincinnati.
ОтветитьHello Jerry, exceptional work on proving a world class video of each city with all the specifics ~ housing costs, employment opportunities, defining all the different aspects of each city on the list. Myrtle Beach is the Best location, I viewed, on your list.
Great photography, of each city ! A Well Done🌟🧡🌟 Presentation of “ places to move in 2025” 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
Please add more city’s for Seniors. I life the fact that South Carolina does not tax ones Social Security:).
Absolutely a breathtaking guide, Jerry ! 🧡🌟🧡 TY 👏
Using background shots of Asian cities?
ОтветитьNoooooo! We don't need more people moving to SC! It's too crowded already. Shhhh. Let's keep SC our little secret.
Ответитьvery good way of telling the story
ОтветитьI live in Franklin. Those images are mostly from Nashville, not Franklin. It’s gotten way too expensive to live here and too crowded! Please don’t move here.
ОтветитьSo.... you're a Republican. Nothing wrong with that. Just sayin' - it's obvious by your city choices
ОтветитьCharleston has no more space. Downtown is tight
Ответитьwon't thet be crowded?
ОтветитьThanks for sharing, I would want to move to Twin Cities Minnesota, Charlotte, NC.
ОтветитьCurrently living in Michigan. Franklin, Greenville, Lexington, Colorado Springs all sound good to me.
