The only thing irritating about this guy is he makes it seem as if the individual is solely responsible for why they mouth breathe, and its obvious that isn’t the case. For me it was a narrow palate which contributed to an under developed lower mandible, and me not being able to comfortably breath through my nose. Some times it’s the anatomy you are born with and you need surgical or orthodontic intervention.
