I think this is a great example of a modern, usable and versatile instrument, which is important given the fact that these fine instruments are expensive. I like the robo tuner, when you’re in a small gig, they come handy to change quicker the tuning of the guitar. That avoids having to travel with more than one guitar. The only thing this marvelous piece is missing is a piezo pickup for more “acoustic” tones.

How much before you call yourself a guitarist. In other words, and never gone any sort of music school or instruction, what are the essential skills to say I play the guitar?

I really dislike the HP line up, but the Standards are still magnificent. I just got a 2018 Les Paul Standard in Mojave Burst and its amazing. Gibson still makes great instruments.

Idk why people bitched about these. Besides the robo tuners, these modern appointments definitely appeals to modern players that don’t play those cliche 12 bars blues.
