Feels like I'm missing something. Can't you accomplish the same thing as your circuit with just an OR gate?

kAN, I think you should take them and reupload them (with the creator's permission) and give them credit in the description. It will make it a lot easier for people that want to download the hovercity once it's finished, and they don't have to look through all the submissions. That way you can also filter out all the creations that aren't optimal quality.
BTW: did you get my other email? XD

I might try and work on a module. Though I don't think my Pentium processor is capable of handling the stress.
