Using the interest of it for Ukraine at the moment 'may' be better, that's what is currently occurring. Its a bargaining position and will be used for reconstruction and reparation in sum at some stage. The assets will NEVER be returned to RuSSia, the only part that may be is the US portion amd with the Trumpenfuhrer in the White House that's probable but we cant really predict that. 🇺🇦🇵🇸
