The Apache is an incredible attack helicopter that has stood the test of time will continue to do so. A good friend of mine flew a Cobra in Vietnam and for that period was truly the first US Army helicopter designed for that purpose. I noticed in the video some pilots wearing the Air Calvary hat that was a tradition which began in Vietnam.

As a historian, I find the use of tribal names for attack helicopters is strangely appropriate. Despite overwhelming odds against an industrialized nation, indigenous nations did amazingly well against the U.S. Cavalry. Native people have and continue to serve in the US military with honor and courage.

Not worth the $100 million a piece . How many drones can be bought for a $100 million?

What's new? It's the same old Apache helicopter with minor changes that don't solve anything.

The AH-56 Cheyenne was and if it equivalent modern upgrades it would dominate. I love the apache and all but .Just sayan

Antique. There are much better helicopters that just came out, are coming in 2025, are MUCH faster, can carry more weapons, and can carry troops. And Boeing has nothing to do with them. Meaning, the US is not getting ripped off AGAIN by Boeing Military.

The Apache helicopter was designed by Hughes helicopters prior to Hughes being sold to McDonald Douglas.

With the current state of war, helicopters seem to only be used if you already have total air superiority, and the enemy's anti-aircraft batteries are destroyed.

Not much of a weapon if you can only use it against powers that are far weaker than yourself.

100MPH Slower than the Westland Lynx, 20MPH Slower than the Sikorsky UH-60 Black Hawk, and 45MPH Slower than the Soviet MI-35M... But I guess when you have OTH-WS speed is not everything
