I live on the east coast and I’ve never been to a national park before, hell I’ve actually never really left the east coast. I’m planning on flying out to one of the major national parks but haven’t decided which one. I’m looking to stay/lodge in or very close to the park itself if possible.
ОтветитьI just love this!! I wish we had parks like this in our country!! I am from india.
ОтветитьI was betting Great Smokys was in the top 10 but it got an honorable mention so I was close 😅
ОтветитьIdk, I feel like Pikes Peak is the most famous 14er in the state of Colorado.

4. Yellowstone
5. Grand Canyon
6. Mount Rainier
7. Capitol Reef
8. Olympic
9. Bryce Canyon

Dude, you need to go to Alaska.
ОтветитьIn September 1975 my wife and I backpacked around Jenny Lake, Cascade Canyon up to Alaska Basin continuing along Death Canyon Shelf ending at Phelps Lake in 40 miles. We saw three giant bull moose and lots of other wildlife.
ОтветитьI live 2 hours away from Yosemite National Park. That park is magnificent. I attempt to go there every year
ОтветитьHeading to grand Teton and Yellowstone next week. I agree about Rocky Mountain. It really is a special place. Been there 3 times and honestly I compare every park to it.
ОтветитьKevin, beautiful video. May I point out that Glacier's Grinnell Glacier gets the accent on syllable #2--grin-ELL, just like the small city in Iowa?
Also, for the record, Kaibab = KYE-bab, rather than -bob.
Hey, nice video, but how about Olympic, it should be in top 5
ОтветитьWe have been to 7 of the parks on your list and hope to see the other three one day, all seven were wonderful experiences; thanks for sharing , we have been to 18 parks in all
Ответитьgood work for knowledge
ОтветитьGood chalnel
ОтветитьThis channel is so awesome and so underrated
ОтветитьNice and thorough list but I feel like Olympic National Park is missing …
ОтветитьThere's some scammers promising you $20 to follow this channel and then attempt identity theft
ОтветитьI rank all 5 Utah parks over the Grand Canyon and I've even rafted the GC.
ОтветитьWhat a great list! I've been to 9 out the 10, and the one I'm missing, Mt.Ranier, I'm visiting this summer.
ОтветитьSong?
ОтветитьViewing Cracker Lake from the top of Mount Siyeh in Glacier National Park might be one of the single prettiest views in the lower 48. The color of the lake is cartoonishly beautiful
ОтветитьAnother great video! I did my list before I started your video and we agreed on 8 out of 10...not bad! I would say Yosemite is way more touristy than Yellowstone. When you consider how massive Yellowstone is yet there are only 2-3 really touristy spots (the ones you mentioned), that's really not alot. Been there 30+ times and only seen maybe 30-35% of the park, Love that place! Anyhow, great job again, looking forward to watching your other videos!
ОтветитьDefinitely some awesome choices here! All gorgeous parks for sure. Bryce Canyon is another great one!
ОтветитьAre you part Lebanese by any chance?
ОтветитьI’ve been to 4 national parks so far, badlands, new River, Gorge, mammoth cave, arch. So far my favorite is Badlands. I’d say it’s really underrated, the landscape and scenery is really nice! I’ll be revisiting the park In 2024. On top of that I’ll also be visiting Indiana dunes, Cuyahoga Valley, wind, cave, Theodore Roosevelt, and Shenandoah national park! I’m really stoked to be visiting this places! Should be a great time! 😊
ОтветитьSo many parks!! I wish Yosemite wasn’t so far away. We need to get back there. Awesome video Kev!
ОтветитьI swear every video gets better than the last!!!
ОтветитьI totally agree with Kevin's list. There's a few parks I have not been to due to the distance. I'll be excited to see you guys hike Denali, as that's one of the places I want to see from the base of it.
ОтветитьSo beautiful. More reasons to go out and road tripping
ОтветитьMasterfully put together my friend! Amazing work here!
ОтветитьIt’s weird, I struggle making a list like this because for me crowds weigh against scenery (spending more time off the beaten path these days). I loved Big Bend because it’s incredibly less visited and all the roadrunners were hilarious. Regardless, all great choices, well done sir.
ОтветитьHey Kevin, when your in Glacier National park you may as well bring your passport with you and head north into Canada to Banff for more of the awesome Rockies.
ОтветитьI’ve been fortunate to make 6 of these and hope I get to at least 3 more of these. Really would like to visit ones I’ve been to again.
ОтветитьHow about top 10 state parks next? Porkies is my favorite!!👌
ОтветитьThis video is also going to exclude St John and American Samoa 😉
ОтветитьThis is on my medium range list time wise. Great vid. Perfect to prep for these visits!
ОтветитьAlmost my exact list, except I have Yellowstone, Yosemite, Glacier 1-2-3 in that order and Olympic in the top 10 over Rocky Mountain.
