I got samples because you mentioned Levant previously. Beautiful, but the laundry detergent type musk can be strong for me. I tried Champaca and was in love. Such a great house. Tangier, Babylonia, Damask, are all beautiful too. Its hard to choose just one from Ormande Jayne.

I ordered a couple of bottles of ‘Montobacco’ hair mist & was kindly sent some samples of Levant, Champaca, Qi, Frangipani. I really liked Levant & Champaca! (Which surprised me, because typically I usually am drawn to only ‘woody’ scents)
I missed out on buying ‘Vanille d’ Iris when it was on a heavy discount a while ago 🙁..simply because I had not smelt it before and didn’t want to risk a ‘blind buy’ …I hope this perfume is produced again 🤞

Josephine, you are like my perfume friend that I didn't think I needed. We have similar tastes in fashion, beauty, chic choices and fragrances. This isn't the first time I am writing to you, given I have bought so many of your recommendations. Besides Levant, could you suggest one more fragrance from OJ, spring summer/ year around appropriate, kind of a unique signature scent if you will. I like roses, floral, fruity and just venturing into woody scents but nothing too overpowering. Femme fatale with a croquettish grin and tender heart. TIA

I can’t recommend Damask, it smells like a very mature rose 🥀. Unfortunately, I couldn’t keep it for myself. It was a huge disappointment. Levant, on the contrary, is a lively scent that brightens up the mood. Champaca is a perfect choice for the spring/summer.

Levant smells exactly like driving past a blooming orange grove on a warm summer evening . You get that waft of sweet orange blossoms in the air. It’s gorgeous

I absolutely love the house of Ormonde Jayne, such a quality product. I wear Evernia in the summer, it's fresh, light and yet has great sillage. I wear Ta'if year round but, only in the evening during summer months. It's soft, smooth and comforting. Next purchase is a toss up between Champaca, Damask and Levant ... love all 3 but cannot decide which way to go.

I have a sample of Indus and oh my god. It’s making my mouth water and it isn’t even a typical gourmand it’s a fruity, musky rose but done in such a delightful way and I’m addicted! I wanna smell Levant and Damask Rose ❤
