Hi Clint! Got the first two days under my belt. I can honestly say I found it quite hard as I thought I would but stuck with it. I couldn't get the very last juice down on the last day though!! The pain is still pretty bad today but am being patient. Is it ok to have the odd cup of black Rooibus Tea as drinking cold water all the time is making me freezing and I can't warm up here in sunny old Belfast! Thx Clint. Toni

I beleive everyone is different and reacts differently to what they comsume. I think an igg blood examination is step 1 and step 2 is strict diet

Im beat i been having pain for years .went to so many docs for different things and im finally getting looked at by a neurologist and she told me lab shows .rheumatoid factor ,gad65, and abnormal ana .dont really know whats this mean .but then she says something about scleroderma. So now i have to go see a rheumatologist and then go see her again

Hi! I have very recently been diagnosed with RA I'm going through the full NHS treatment but its still early days. I've been put on 100mg Diclofenac and physio also all the scans and blood tests that come with.. I was told I had a rheumatoid factor of 336 which I believe is quite high. I have high hopes do doing the Paddison Program and thank you for your excellent advice on this horrible disease.

I have all the symptoms, but the only thing that is wrong with my blood is the anti-ccp, while CPR and RF are completely negative..

Hi I did blood work cause I was having stomach issues and pain all over. The test came back positive for RF. The RF was 33 but the ANA was Negative. I scheduled appointments to see Rheumatologist but it is not till September. Can you please advise what I should do.

Do you know what value is TOO high for RF? Mine was above normal but I dont know if it's slightly elevated and not a big deal or high and something to be concerned about. My doctor won't see me for another week and I am having trouble finding really solid information on the topic. I went in for a new appointment suspecting some kind of autoimmune due to my various symptoms and so far, everything looked right other than my RF levels which came back high.
