If you are getting nightmares. It's a good sign that you might be shifting.

Since you are brainwashing by a lot of negative thoughts that would have happened by the media or by yourself.

So when you hear this affirmation. Your conscious mind tries to resist the change. That's how nightmares appear.

These affirmations totally work. I’ve been listening for 10 days and my dreams have started to reflect my new beliefs. Like they said the only thing that holds me back is my conscious mind.
