Best Single Unit Power Station for 120v & 240v

Ben... if you have the chance to get an answer for the following question, I'd be thrilled!

EcoFlow has shown on video that they'll be coming out with a new Double Voltage Hub for the DELTA Pros that has their Infinity+ port instead of a NEMA L14-30R. They present it as a way to connect a pair of DELTA Pros to the Smart Home Panel 2.

It would seem plausible that you should also be able to connect that to one side of the 50 Amp Hub and pair your DELTA Pro setup with a single DPUltra.

Is that something that you could confirm?

Isn’t it about time for Titan to update their system and design ? I am getting excited about how Solar Generation is evolving very fast ?

Ecoflow keeps raising the bar. I don’t own many of them because I was always jumping in on kickstarters with a more affordable price. This is definitely a game changer. The price is out of my reach and I’m definitely finished with my solar preps with the addition of the Zendure SuperBase V and a used Titan. But it’s just so innovative and slick. Their R&D is bananas. I’m crazy jealous 😂LOL. On a different note, are you carrying the Titan LiNMC batteries at your store online? I didn’t see them.

Looks like all the you tubers are getting their free ULTRA's. Ecoflow is innovative but their customer service is abysmal to say the least. They'e been fixing the firmware for the Delta Pro (dreaded 99 days issue) for multiple weeks on end. Be careful when you buy and walk in knowing your customer service will likely be the same and your product might not get any support.

I’m curious on your electrical panel, you have one breaker for 60 A solar, my electrician put in two 50 amp breakers. Do you know if this is for each 120 leg?
Just curious, why mines different than yours? 🖖

With the Apollo, and now 2024 Delta Pro Ultra I’m seeing a most friendly DIY that’s becoming very worthwhile. Are you seeing a major drop in prices because of the price of Lithium dropping as much as 76%. Thanks for the info and walkthrough.

Ecoflow's App is Soooo Much Better than Bluetti's Why cant bluetti be as good as them 😞 I might have to switch up , I heard this unit is quieter than the AC300, it can take way more volts and expand more, plus that 240 (even though i probably won't use it much) is the icing on the cake, and that stand is really nice by the way, did you make it yourself?

Ben thanks for this. Did I hear correctly that this unit cant be stored in the cold? For example I would have it in a secured storage building adjacent to my cabin and it gets as cold as about 14 deg here in winter since I am at 4200 ft elevation. If the unit couldnt perform at those temps then it would not be a good fit for my use.

Firmware updates are a sign of a poorly engineered product. This unit doesn't even have a UL-1741 safety certification so I would never install one of these anywhere near my home. The cheap high frequency, transformerless inverter tech that's used in this unit is well known for offering a poor peak power rating and a short life expectancy, especially when powering household major appliances.

Checking the Internet Eco flow does not seem to offer a good customer support experience for repairs . It would be a mistake to spend this much money, have a failure and then have no quick and easy way to remedy the situation. Your average generator can be serviced locally by lots of different people.

It's pretty cool but I'll wait until they work all the bugs out on this model and get the next one :)

Question. I made the mistake of trying to charge my Ecoflow Delta 2 with a 1200 watt gas generator, without checking the htz output of the generator first. The screen was showing the numbers jumping all over the place, and eventually the unit started clicking for a time, then shut down. It turns back on, but, when I turn on the AC ports, they shut off after a few seconds. Tried this multiple times, same results. The USB ports seem to be ok as they stay on.
My hydro is still off and am having to use my gas generator.
What do you think I blew (fuse?), and can it be fixed? I live in Ontario, Canada.

Nice! I really like the scheduling function. My utility has what are called "flex events", during this time frame qualifying customers will be paid $1 a kilowatt hour for energy not used during the time frame (yes that's a lot and i had a hard time believing the news article i found but I verified it on the utilities web site). My utility had a "flex event" last night but not for me, so here is an example from across town: “Puget Sound Energy (PSE) has alerted 260,000 customers of a “flex event” for Friday between 4 and 8 p.m. due to energy demands related to the cold weather.” Currently my Hysolis Apollo doesn't have this type of function so I'd have to manually disconnect the power input to get it to switch to battery but a scheduling function for the Apollo would be great.

Literally every ecoflow product I've purchased has had issues. Delta, 2 Delta Pros, Smart home panel, smart generator. Not a fan.

What I like the most abt this, is that this release makes the Delta Pro more affordable, so I'll be buying that now. I have 2 Delta 2 and 2 River 2 Pros. They have come in handy with recent 4-5 hr outtages during storms but we need a little more power. It got a little Chilli the other day. The Pros wld be plenty for our situation.

Looking for more testing on this especially with solar input. Does each inverter support 5.6kw of solar input or is that total even if you have all 3 inverters? Is 50 amps enough to hookup every switch in a full house - like a smaller house - or would something blow on this unit if you did that? Asking because they advertise it as a full home off grid setup

Please! Do not call this a generator!!!!! You are misleading people!!! It is a battery pack with an invertor only!! It does not generate anything and you know this!! SO STOP!!!!!!

This is another one I was looking at in comparison to the Anker ones. I liked how thins version looked and the ease of upgrading.

Is it true 120v cannot do 7kw, but only 3kw ?

I'm wondering if you're gonna get 2 of those with 10 batteries. So you have enough power everything in your house. What 14004? What's I understand you. Keep your Delta pro. Which I would do to another spice. Still keep the hooked up just because there's a little more power. Yes, I understand those things are very expensive as well. But then again you can seem to spend money better than I can since you must have more of it than I do. Cause I can't afford even by the delta pro for over a year now.

I don't have to worry about this connecting to power companies since I don't get the power connect company connected to my house. Not even their line is connected to my house. So my fuse backs is kind of useless right now.
But I'm gonna put a new fuse box in any ways. Because I don't like that old fuse box. Why need to replace everything in it? Anyway, so I'll just replace a few bucks itself. But I do like that system for some reason. I thought it wouldn't but yeah. I would like to have 2 of those systems. Then another two of those systemsand two of those hub things that privy efficient for what I need.

The Utra uses the same,30 year old. basic high frequency, inverter technology that is found in the cheap high frequency, inverters sold by Harbor Freight. None of these high frequency inverters use an iron core, copper wound isolation transformer that's found in real inverters that use superior low frequency technology for a much higher peak power capacity and a much longer life expectancy.

Can the ultra be charged with the car's cigarette lighter port?

I recently ordered the new Delta Pro Ultra from EcoFlow, but I have a frustrating issue. They sent me the inverter but not the battery, and to make matters worse, they charged me for the full unit.
When I emailed them to ask about the missing battery, they informed me that the batteries for this unit are out of stock and won't be available until mid-July. However, when I later called their customer service number, I was told the batteries would be in stock in early July.
These conflicting dates are leaving me stuck with a Delta Pro Ultra and no battery indefinitely. Adding to my frustration, their website still allows people to order the kits and the batteries as if they're readily available.
