Lemme Break it Down for you my Boy Kets, Basically Hugo Deals Damage by Stunning the Enemy First Using Stunners, then you use Hugo's EX Special Skill to Basically Nuke And Repeat. The Best Stunners for Hugo are Lighter, Lycaon, Trigger and Possibly Qingyi But Yh. 4pc Hormone Or 4pc Woodpecker and 2pc Branch & Blade, Woodpecker Or Puffer Electro Works well. Focus on around 2.7K+ Attack, 70-80 Crit Rate to ALWAYS Crit on the Totalize, And 140+ Crit Damage would be good. 🤑🤑🤑

Hugo and Vivian aren't meant to be used together, that's why the Mockingbird Bangboo only needs one of them to use its skill. Ideally, Hugo wants two Stun characters.

Just pulled for fun in singles if there's enough for 1 pull i just tap it. I've alternated hugo and lighter. On lighter didn't get it and on hugo. It's a freaking s in a single! hoping its a lost at that point for guaranteed yi xuan.. idc bout the dude but he came 50/50 won and at 20 pity💥my yi xuan's gone. so used to my Hugo team have proper rotation and just finish off with 2 chain atk even elite, i get where he just enjoy hack and slash while throw in chaotic rotation.
