Gears Tactics is a turn-based tactics. A spin-off of the Gears of War franchise and a prequel to the first game. There are a lot of great mechanics like action points, overwatch and low - high cover such as from
XCOM and Space Hulk Tactics but also the staples of the Gears universe such as chainsaw finishers, emergence holes to be shut with grenades and new mechanics like overwatch interrupts! A great focus is placed
on the tactical gameplay as there is not much downtime with no base building. A nice bite-sized tactical
experience!
