My excitement for Xavier has dropped dramatically. They were so stingy on Skill gear. I couldn’t even get into the City nodes for a 4r. Now when I do eventually unlock Xavier, I’m going to be a dramatic weakness. They only now have a Skill gear event, and it only goes to spenders.
