Poor Biden is just trying to figure out where he's at. He looks so lost and confused. What they've done to that man for the past 4 years is elder abuse. He hasn't been president the whole time. They just stick things in front of him for him to sign and he does it. He needed to have already been at home with his loved ones while he can still remember them. It's terribly sad for the country and for an elderly man. Even if you don't like him, have a little empathy.
