I'd forgotten all about this fragrance! Skin musk and Coty Wild Musk used to be the rage back in the days! Now I love Kiehls Wild Musk, and if I can find this Skin musk, I'm definitely getting it!!💕

Clean and sexy, but very low key and whispery soft. I love this one.

I love the oil! It’s has that 70s/80s clean musk smell that doesn’t seem to be a thing anymore, with added sandalwood.

There’s also a company from Michigan called It’s Perfume Oil that has their version of Skin Musk, and it smells closer to the original Bonne Bell version to me (doesn’t have that heavy dose of sandalwood).

The spray I think smells different, and I’m not crazy about it. It almost reminds me of a cheapie Shalimar dupe?

I have been looking for a perfume for years that my mother used to wear in the 80's/90's and she doesn't know what one it is. So I have been buying a bunch of perfumes she used to wear in hopes that I'll find it. I came across this one and asked her if she wore this one, and she did. The way you described it is EXACTLY how I would describe the perfume she used to wear. "Like a hug, and feeling safe" I ordered it, so I guess I'll see if this is the one in a few days!!🥰 TY

Definitely made it to the top of my list. This and Jovan captive me for some reason, this (to me) is slightly powdery and smells like really good clean skin.

Jovan has just a touch more floral fresh trace and the oil as you said in another video is lush.
Loving them both - hard to pick a favorite between the two.

SkinMusk was my signature scent in high school in the 90’s, when my first love & I broke up, I sprayed it all over his jacket before I gave it back to him

They really knocked it out of the park with the 1970s drugstore musk oils! Most of them have been discontinued, and cost $$$ to buy. This is one of the last remaining at stores, and is such a beautiful 'your skin but better' fragrance.
