Bro why do you always use those stupid faces on thumbnail. Be like fireship and have a consistent but different thumbnail format. Use your current face in video in thumbnail, you look 10x much better. Use circle instead of square. You make the best up to date of AI but you treat it like you post AI slop. Going into most popular, majority dont even have your face in it. Mrbeast stopped that whole crazy open mouth expression because ppl have fatigue. You dont need that. It makes you look silly while posting serious info.

If you stick to "headline" with the service underneath, thats a good style that is recognizable for you. You dont need to go AI with you face bro. I promise you if you used your face and gave an expression that is simple but intriguing, It will do much better because it looks real and authentic.
