Because I'm not young & skinny you don't want me commenting. I do what I can with the show, but I can't do it all. I'm 58 and overweight. I'm trying to lose weight doing your yoga. So I shouldn't do yoga? This is Bizarre!

Make you camera person keep the camera in One position where we can see exactly what each position is supposed to really look like. The constant swinging of the blasted camera causes nausea and headaches. Plus we never know where we are supposed to be for the next position until half way through the time for the position.

I have been do I g Yoga for several months now. I found an on line instructor I really like, but I always look for other classes just to see what all is out there. Let me say your classes are wonderful. I now have two sets of classes to choose from.

Well that seals it. I won't be buying your DVD set. Kate Potter is a total snob, Middle aged men need not show interest in yoga. Pots only wants skinny young people.

Is this suitable during pregnancy?

How does one lose weight by doing this? Seems unlikely.

My favorite yoga ever. 23 minutes a day for 6 months straight made me grow an inch at 30 years old. Watched on FitTV, bought DVDs, sold DVDs, now bought Cyber Monday downloads....been wanting to hear the soft soothing voice connected to the best yoga flow patterns out there. Use true Yoga looser outfits will allow further ,fuller streaches. Tighter and cleavage showing outfits only promotes sexually orinented ideas.

Loved this. It was the only Yoga TV show that I could tolerate. No other was completely soothing. Found it when I needed it the most after I had my child. Glad this episode is here.
