I’m next-door to Lexington Kentucky. I’m in Winchester. Don’t go to Lexington. It’s a sanctuary city. If you’re on the outskirts it’s not too bad but the inside no don’t go to Lexington.
ОтветитьThe title should be the Top Ten Cities the Woke are moving to.
All of them are magnets for government workers and the "Creative Class," a label given to those who are woke who think they are smarter than everyone else. The term is used in some surveys.
Yes, even Boise, the state capital. Where do you think the Seattle techies are moving to? Where did Neusom send his family during Covid?
These elites take over places to get away from the damage they caused, and mold them into their own image.
What I do like about the list tells me where not to go, and my list is safe.
Stamps please!
ОтветитьWhy the heck would you want to move where everyone else is moving? That's where you can expect the highest rise in cost of living!!
ОтветитьBest city should have poker room casino Walmart dollars movie theater shopping mall poolhall park,
ОтветитьI moved to San Antonio from Denver and boy do I miss certain things. For example, the traffic in SATX is HEAVY and its just a giant urban sprawl.. outside of town is lovely though, I like passing through Seguin and other smaller rural areas.
ОтветитьGreen Bay looks like a place where people do a lot of bowling.
ОтветитьStockton? Really?
ОтветитьSince when did Stockton become a major city
ОтветитьMy brother lives in Overland Park, and it's an absolute dream. Loved visiting that place.
ОтветитьI lived in Colorado Springs for 20 years, don't do it.
ОтветитьToronto
ОтветитьMost affordable and will be very nice in future Birmingham Alabama
ОтветитьGreat breakdown of future hotspots! Excited to see where the trends go. 🌍"
I once thought about moving to Texas, but realized I can't handle the heat—both weather and housing competition! 😂
I hear a lot of good things about Nashville
ОтветитьWho wants to live where it snows or is hot and humid , not me, I’ll take SCal Mediterranean climate any day, best climate in the world. No tornados, hurricanes, big storms. Wildfires in Calif are in or near areas adjacent to brush lands. Earthquakes are rare and very infrequent. Why would the median home sales price be over $1 million in numerous cities?
ОтветитьBoulder was the first city to enforce a green belt, limiting housing, and forcing average workers to commute 50 miles from Denver. Other cities noticed and zoning restrictions exploded in California and resort cities and upscale neighborhoods across the country. Now it's everywhere, making landlords and 'the haves' rich.
ОтветитьLa Jolla is the best thing about San Diego
Asheville North Carolina is awesome
Asheville BBQ is great
Shelby County Alabama South of Birmingham is nice
Dexter 🧔
Always the same the standard boring analysis. We need affordable RENTS, good PUBLIC transportation and Walkability.
ОтветитьI was born in LA, live in LA, & will die in LA!
ОтветитьGreen Bay? You can’t be serious 😂
ОтветитьBoulder’s so great. For disgrace, it’s become a little well tell me in a reply the word I’m looking for. English is not my best language.
Ответитьso glad to see that Raleigh, NC made the list!! It is definitely a great place to live.
ОтветитьFinally got my new apartment, you have really made me believe in you that i have know option left to recommend you as the worthy and honest person to work with @Financialdocsprovider Thanks so much for coming through with quality statements made!
ОтветитьFinding a trustworthy statement maker was a challenge until I reached out to @Financialdocsprovider. Their service was fantastic, and the bank statements and tax returns they created were approved without a hitch. I highly recommend them for anyone in need of quality documents!
ОтветитьI was skeptical after dealing with several statement makers who couldn\\\'t deliver. But thanks to @Financialdocsprovider, I finally received the quality bank statements and pay stubs I needed that passed verification. I wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need!
ОтветитьAfter trying multiple services for statement creation, I was left disappointed. However, @Financialdocsprovider exceeded my expectations! The quality of the bank statements, pay stubs, and tax returns I received was top-notch and passed all verification checks. I highly recommend their services!
ОтветитьIt would be interesting to know where Briggs gets his statistics.
ОтветитьThe Boulder analysis was the best I ever heard.
ОтветитьI prefer country living in the wide open spaces with peace and quiet.
ОтветитьI'm from Stockton California 🤌🏽 😂 what a coincidence
ОтветитьBoise is a tiny bit of purple in a very MAGA and white supremecist red state.
ОтветитьI lived north of Green Bay, WI and LOVED it. CHARLOTTE was one of my favorite cities to live in...I lived in Belmont. I was stationed in Colorado Springs and so much better than the rest of Colorado.
ОтветитьAs someone from Lexington, KY I have to say it's actually a pretty great place to live, BUT... the traffic can be wayyyy worse than you think. I drive about 4 miles to get home from my business downtown and it has taken me 90 minutes on multiple occasions. It's never taken me less than 30 minutes to get home.
ОтветитьI’m moving to Lexington in 2025. Lexington is a lovely city that has both big city and small town charm. They are very progressive and southern hospitality is always present.
ОтветитьPeople copy each other too much. Raleigh, NC? 😂
Ответитьnot the beautiful oceans, or the glorious mountains. not the waterfalls or worlds largest fresh water lakes. not the educational regions like Palo Alto and Boston or the most incredible big city NYC. not the beautiful town of Charlestown SC or the national's capital. but Overland Park, Kansas a thousand miles from anything called water with cows, corn and leftover maga.
ОтветитьHi Briggs, I watch all of your videos different states different cities to me make a final decision on where I would like to relocate ..like Charlotte, North Carolina but the city in Charlotte it’s getting overcrowded.. for me to relocate, I prefer Huntsville, Alabama. Thank you for this video is very informative.!!
ОтветитьYou never talj about Panama City Beach, Fl. When i moved back out there on 2007 was a little expensive but not bad and was like small town. You feel like you knew everyone, traffic was light. Holy Cow, by 2019 i was pri ed out, took me 45 minutes tl drive 4 miles. I moved to PC and i finally gave up and moved a few states away!😊
ОтветитьI hate charlotte nc, it’s extremely car dependent
ОтветитьQuality of life period Born and raised in SD left 6 years ago and never looked back. Best decision I've ever made! I can live and breathe now!
ОтветитьWe don't they people from California in Boise, Idaho? I would not move there because I am from California.
Ответить#1 Where is the giant potato statue that doubles as a hotel in Boise? #2 Boisians hate Californians is an UNDERSTATEMENT. Now the Californians out number the locals.
Ответить"Tech bros looking at women that they will never be able to talk to", offended but so true😢
ОтветитьI’d pick Alexandria, Va
ОтветитьI live in Huntsville, food is AWEFUL, nothing to do here, only saving grace is Nashville.
ОтветитьThe weather in San Diego is great, but it's not perfect year round. It's better than most places, though. San Diego is a beautiful city, but the job market is tough and jobs pay low in relation to cost of living. Unless you work in biotech or hospitality and don't mind living with roommates, good luck. Someone said making $150k is no problem. That person must've never lived in SD. Sure, you can make that in SF, LA, or NY, but in San Diego, unless your in the medical field or an attorney....good luck.
