I mean, - There are things that are low or don’t have calories like water, and yet It still fulls you up. People need to learn to be a little more restrictive on what they eat In a day or else you will fall In the category of fasting. And that’s not entirely good for your body. Only for weight loss purposes.

ОтветитьThe average person does not exist in terms of daily caloric needs. This is very important! You'll end up obese as a woman if you eat around 2000 calories a day if you're not moving much. Calculate the correct amount of calories you need! 100-200 calories too much or less makes a huge difference over years.

Ответитьas someone who sometimes casually eats chips in units of kilograms, I can definitely say that...
it tastes good.
it really does, also makes you really fat. and the amount of workout you have to do to burn that is insane, you'd have to workout for hours. so consider munching on your significant other instead, chances are you won't pierce through any skin, making it a reusable munch, all the while keeping your significant other entertained.
To be fair, this (otherwise helpful) visualization does NOT make it clear whether the apple, cheese, or wine would satisfy your hunger. In my experience, the apple will make me even more hungry than I started, while the cheese will tide me for a few more hours. Not sure about the wine yet.
