i've seen some of this happen before, I was playing on one of my favorite seeds "b" (what a cool name right?) and wanted to see what would happen if i just took the seed via commands, and put that into a world, what happened was different features, like there was a short hill with a tree on top, the tree was no longer there

After recovering my corrupted survival world, its seed was missing, so I replaced it, not knowing about the 6 other seeds that must be changed as well (at least I think that's what happened). Later, I found shipwrecks in fields and an ocean monument in a river. This video has helped me fix that problem, thanks!
