In my opinion here is how I hire, I may not hire for experience, but I do hire for personality traits, like: smart, independent, loyal, self motivated, wants to improve him/herself, wants to improve the work environment. During my business experience I have started a few companies from the ground up and raised millions $$$ through venture capital funds. I had no time to train and no time to babysit. I needed people that I can trust and they can pick up and run!
