This more like best accelerating cars but mostly theres no really good way to test the top speeds

I think these tests aren't right for these reasons:
- the nitro boost only lasts for a short time and isn't really consistent with the cars actual speed (if you get what I'm saying)
- also, this was crossing a map. This means cars have to accelerate. When you do that, the cars haven't reached their max speed. You're only judging based on how quick it can go from 0 - 100.

TL;DR: the inconsistent nitro boost incorrectly affects the speed, as other cars haven't reached their max speed yet, which could and probably is faster than the top 1.
