I followed you forever and even “borrowed” a few of your recipes to use in restaurants where I was a pastry chef - of course I put my own spin on them and gave you 100% credit on the menu lol. Anyway my son and I are coming to London end of January/beginning of February and I told him that one of the first places we need to go is your place! It’s around his birthday so I’m gonna call it a birthday treat 😅 but now I am armed with the information from this video as well. I don’t know if we’ll get to the fish and chips, a full English, curry, or any meat pies after we eat our way through the bakeries of London 😂

Super enjoyed watching this bakery tour - love your articulate appraisal of various desserts! I traveled to London for the first time last week for work and the only thing on my tourism itinerary was to drop by Crumbs and Doilies. Felt quite homely in your little corner bakery and bought too many stuff than anticipated! I grew up in Dalston Kingsland...a long time ago when Sainsburys was nearly next door the BR station..we had a Wimpy there, Medicare now Superdrug, Ravel shoes up the road..they were great times..
