Regarding the pseudonyms, didn't the Defense have an opportunity to depose these witnesses? During a deposition, they could gather names and other information about others who may know the truth of the matter.

It's not worth it exposing the witnesses for views and likes. You're dealing with the Feds. Besides what will it change knowing who the witnesses are. The testimony remains the same. Stop it and don't be mean and hateful. You block your own blessings.

Sorry for all the comments but I just got to the jury instructions part. Yesterday I read through the instructions submitted by both sides back in April and the recent one by the defense and, I have to say, the defense instructions were written so much better. They were clear, well organized, and easy to understand.

I’m an intelligent, educated person and I had to read some parts of the prosecution’s instructions more than once to understand them. Jurors don’t have a legal background and more than half of American adults read at a 6th grade level or below. I feel like they need to have someone with average intelligence and no legal experience who knows the basics of the case read their instructions and give them feedback on them.

These emails and that phone could be the glue that ties this case all together
