I love that you included animals/ creatures into this. Would love if you can do a specific meditation just for provision over the animals (pets, living in dangerous atmosphere such as famine, drought, wild fires, missing pets, injured animals, starys and ferals, you get the picture) and if it can include a prayer to soften peoples’ heart and to notice all the animals they pass by and to show compassion to them and help them). I love your channel because my biggest gripe with the “church system” is how they only limit compassion to humans and think that animals are there for our “pleasure”. That’s why I am leaning into mysticism because I have been despaired by animal suffering for years.
If possible, I would love to hear your mystic perspective on animals and their suffering and how God cares about each creature and you think they will be in the afterlife.


Again, you don’t have to do any of that but if you want, that would be so relieving for me because the Christian canon/ community have completely overlooked animals and some are under the impression that whatever you do to an animal is lawful by our God, completely neglecting that we have dominance to take care of them and not to heinously abuse this power. Thanks so much!!!!!

The Buddhists call this Metta Meditation . I learned it as May he (she they ) be happy may he be healthy may he be able to look after himself. My Christ experience was in a Buddhist retreat. Love and Safe

Nice meditation..I like how it includes those that we wouldn't usually think of praying for.

I found this deeply moving. I have done guided meditation before and it was very refreshing to have a guided compassion meditation specifically for believers in Jesus. I will undoubtedly use this meditations many times. Thanks Jon.

Really enjoyed participating in this meditation this morning. As I followed along, I tended to add to it other blessings and that all these good things would be received through Christ. I want to grow in my love for others, and I believe this is a helpful practice. Ultimately, love is a gift from God, so I pray that we all would be blessed with an outpouring of His love within our hearts.
