Why didnt you get dual citizenship in Ireland. Konstantin loved and worked for 9 years in the US. He could have gotten dual citizenship in the US. When he got on that plane to leave Russia he would havd had no doubt when he flashed a US passport. He could have flown anywhere in the world. No problems with banks, money, visas. One million foteigners become US citizens every year.
