ОтветитьI’m here because my 4 year old asked how we milk cows lol
Very informative video!
I am actually here because i am about to start milking cows. They guy asked me if i knew how to. I thought it was obvious but him asking me that made me reconsider-so here i am. And yes, it's exactly how I thought.
ОтветитьMy younger brother lives on a farm with a church family up in Eastern Washington about an hour north of Spokane in a rural small town they have a small family farm and do homestead work where my brothers helps out that family with their homestead. I live in Southern California close to the Los Angeles area I know this lady from my church as well we are conservative independent traditional Latin Mass Catholics and the lady from church just inherited farm/ranch land out near Lake Elsinore Temecula Perris area out in Riverside County in a rural part of it here in Southern California inherited the land from an elderly family member and wanted to give the land to God and homestead work live off the land and wanted me to possibly come and help her family with the farm/ranch work. I have a general knowledge on basic labor and homesteading but I am no expert, I visited my brother on their family farm and they milk every evening and tried to explain the technique to me and with a beginner you get some milk even when you try it for the first time but it takes forever I guess you get a feel for it over time I just have trouble with mastering the technique to improve on timing so I am not out in the barn for a 2 hour milking because that isn’t practical. Now they have had issues with their cow before with utter irritation and sometimes milk varies one to two gallons on a bad day all the way up to 4-5 gallons on a good day the cow is unpredictable on how much milk they get. I might be doing it wrong but definitely something to improve on because if I decide to help the lady from my church on her family farm/ranch I definitely need to improve my farming skills milking included so I don’t look like a complete idiot. Good video though I appreciate it best of luck to you and your family, God Bless.
ОтветитьWow!

ОтветитьI let my 7yr son see this and he had questions like, how does it turn to milk and what does the cows eat for it to turn I to milk? He had questions like that. Lol, thank you for showing us this. 😊❤ And thanks for giving us milk. 🥛❤️

ОтветитьGod is great
ОтветитьThanks for this video. I wanted to show my toddler where his milk comes from haha
ОтветитьI got here because my 4 year old wanted to know where does milk come from and why humans drink it 0__0
ОтветитьI have seen videos where milk is pouring out of the cow's teat in a steady stream, without it being milked. It almost seems to me like someone snipped the bottom and the milk is just pouring out. I tried looking up how people get it to come out in a steady stream, and I can't seem to find an answer. Do you know how they do it?
ОтветитьMommy duties brought me here. 👀🔎
ОтветитьLegend is watching in 2024😂
ОтветитьWhy does that cow’s utter have better pressure than my shower? 😅
ОтветитьI remember my mom showing me how a real cow needs to be milked when I was very young at the time. She was at the same time having to warn me about how important it was for me to stay far enough away from that cow's hind legs AFTER she had inspected that cows teats for disease since some farm animals can be as it turns out very unpredictable.
ОтветитьDo you give the cow something to chew on while milking her?
ОтветитьMOOOOO
ОтветитьToday I milk my first cow, it’s was great and I’m exited for my future.
ОтветитьMy 4 year old told me that cows pee milk. I let her know that she’s not drinking cow pee and then showed her this video. 😂
Ответитьi ❤ cow

ОтветитьI'm here because my 4 year old said " hey Mom did you know milk comes from cows!?! " Now we are here 😊
ОтветитьAnybody here actually have a cow ???
ОтветитьI searched because I wanted to show my daughter where cow’s milk came from. She was asking for the ingredients of milk.
Ответитьwelp I'm done drinking milk very informative and educational video.
Ответить🎉 good
ОтветитьSo, is that called a “teat” or is the “teat” word a slang term? I wouldn’t want to risk sounding ignorant.
ОтветитьYou mentioned that the calf milks the left quarter. Does the calf always milk from the same teat?
ОтветитьThanks for this! Just got my first milk cow yesterday and will be milking later this morning for the first time. I was a little nervous about the milking by hand correctly! Since she is in a very new place I am not sure how calm she will be and I don’t want to agitate her further.
ОтветитьNice
ОтветитьCows have exceptionally good temper.
ОтветитьBut chocolate milk comes from brown cows, right?
ОтветитьGot here trying to prove to my 3 year that milk come from cows…looks like I’m not alone lol
ОтветитьWho did this to tramutize there brother who drinks milk
ОтветитьThis cow is so old 😮
ОтветитьGreat video for kids, don't want them to grow up thinking milk is man made and the cow print is just because it's cute and it was the farmers pet 😂😂 can't believe a grown a@# person actually thought that way 😂😂😂
ОтветитьWow 😮
