Your undercutting really bad
ОтветитьNever downhill a weld.
ОтветитьWhat kind of gas are you using ? What’s the mix %
ОтветитьI'm about to buy one and that's why I'm watching this video. Great job with the review and it helped me make my decision, thanks.
ОтветитьYoung man those are beautiful beads !
ОтветитьWhat was the “mistake “ that you was doing?
ОтветитьBetter beads? are you kidding, Those are some of the best beads I've seen from any experienced certified welder! Great Video.
ОтветитьJust bought one, thanks for the video! 🤙🏽🤙🏽👊🏽👊🏽
ОтветитьGreat video thanks for sharing it.
ОтветитьNice but can you show your mistake setting up the welder bc I just got one of these and want to make sure I’m not making the same mistake. Also can you show welding without gas? Bc I’m not using gas and just using flux core. Thx :) great video
ОтветитьNevermind just saw your mistake (polarity) thx
ОтветитьJust got one of these, gonna test it out today with no welding experience what so ever. Thanks for the great video
ОтветитьOpen your gas bottle valve ALL THE WAY to seal the valve stem from leaks!!!
Gas bottles have 2 stage valve seals ...CLOSED ... FULL OPEN
This is embarrassing to admit. I've had my 140 for several years now and just realized why I was getting SOOO much spatter when I welded. Polarity was set just like said for flux core and not solid wire. I'm gonna see how much of a difference i get now.
ОтветитьWill you use it to weld coil overs bracket , control arms etc..?
Ответитьhi how long does a full tank co2 argon tank last you ?
Ответитьwhat setting did use use for the welds?
ОтветитьNice welds dude…
ОтветитьGreat video! Very informative thanks
ОтветитьThank you
ОтветитьYou sold me on one, thank you
ОтветитьNice.
ОтветитьI'm an old man welder. You have the touch 👍
True... All fluxes welding needs to be reverse polarity to put the heat into the weld and not the electrode
Found a used one for 300 I may buy
Ответитьbought one for Christmas. works great. well worth. it
ОтветитьGreat Video! Just what I wanted to know - how much metal can it handle and some brief tips. Thanks for sharing.
ОтветитьThat was a great video my friend! Keep up the great work.
ОтветитьNice video. Thanks for your in depth info. Have a great day
ОтветитьSuper review !
ОтветитьGreat Video!
ОтветитьThank you; really nicely done
ОтветитьRemember Jeep Owners.
You can’t weld Rust! 😢
Awesome demo!
ОтветитьAwesome demo!
ОтветитьI'm new to this and am thinking about the 140. Like I stated, I'm new to this, but them look like some pretty good welds there. Thanks for the demo and info!
ОтветитьIs this machine powerful enough to weld a crack in a support bar under a truck bed?
ОтветитьAwesome! have you done these welding tests with a 15 or 20 AMP breaker?
ОтветитьGreat welds bro
ОтветитьGreat video. I had either this model or a slight variation of it about a dozen years ago. It was my first welder I purchased, I had borrowed and learned on a buddies model that was a step down, and decided it was something I could do, sold a client that I could build the wrought iron fence she wanted and bought my own. Eventually sold off a lot of my gear years later because I wasn't using it, but I've got to build some wrought iron pieces on my own new home.....and was thinking what model to get, and your video helped make my decision.
Great video and I'll be getting my own.... dang I wished I didn't make it a package deal and sold all my welding gear to one of my buddies when I moved. LOL, now I"ll have to break in a new machine and gloves and everything.
Keep at it!!!!!
Nice welder. I am an apprentice. I clicked on the video because I saw the HOBART welder. I am looking for an easy to use welder, good price and a name I can trust. Good review, thanks a bunch.👍👍
ОтветитьSlow down your wire speed and go slower. That’ll heat the metal up equaling better penetration
ОтветитьNewer welder here. Why is my wire just blowing off. I can get a weld started but it gets so damn bright so quick my chance to react is a little slow but by the time I do my wire just blows right off and I gotta get it fed back out. Also my wire doesn’t wanna feed everytime I hit the trigger. What’s that about? Any tips would be appreciated! Thanks!
ОтветитьWhat kind of wire do you use for doing stuff like this?
ОтветитьThank you for your video, I found it informative! Do you have other welding videos?
ОтветитьJust got one for exhaust work.
ОтветитьIt's a great hobby welder I build derby cages and roll cages for cheap car baja racing never had a cage fail in 3 years and I use this welder exclusively to build them
Ответитьthank you so much for this video. it’s hard to find creators who also own up to their mistakes AND explain why. keep on keeping on!
ОтветитьDoes this welder weld aluminum?
ОтветитьI know you did this 9 years ago and I hope this isn't too late to express my appreciation for the Hobart welder set up. Thanks, great welds, and this helped a lot!
Ответить$500 ten years ago and they are now $650. Crazy.
