I personally do not like the asymmetrical look of the side diamonds being different sizes. But I don't have to wear it. The rest of that ring and the other items are beautiful.

OK, one of those rings I’ve actually owned and they do make it with real diamonds and they do make it with lab grown diamond so I’m not sure which one that is that’s the one that had the diamond shaped diamond in the middle and then the band on the bottom and the band on topand the diamonds on the side real I paid 400 for it at Walmart love that I got so many compliments and then I went to a jeweler and I found the exact same ring but with real diamonds, not lab ground diamonds and that was like five grand so it’s one of the other, but you can’t even tell if it is lab grown is still a gorgeous ring and that’s one I would not have taken apart

It's lovely that, unlike some jewellery makers, 'experts', you didn't try to not use the mis-matched diamond in the design, or throw a different design her way to avoid it.
Instead you perfectly understood her. Good jewellery designers must have empathy. It's not 'over the top', because inherited jewellery may be all the person has left to remember their loved one by - not always letters or video, and you have empathy in spades!
I love the pendants, and the ring is unique and beautiful.
