Be careful using the iced water method to cool down. We know of a young man who tried that & it threw him into cardiac arrest. He didn't make it. The doctor said trying to cool down too fast was too much of a shock for his system. Take care out there. 🙂❤️

This video made me so sad. I’ve wondered why yall wear dark clothes many times, but I never said anything, I had to say something after watching this. Please consider lighter colors! It’s proven that light colors reflect heat, dark colors soak it up.

Also, it is so dangerous to pour cold water on a hot body. That’s how many have heart attacks, getting in a shower too soon before allowing their bodies to cool off slowly. Please be careful!

As I live in Australia, I understand heat, humidity is usually in the North of this Country, Qlds, so that would be like Florida. Only work in the cool of the morning, keep head covered, hydrate well, sunscreen a must. Love that you work so hard but common sense tells you to take care. A little advice, just drinking water will not rehydrate you. You need to drink additional liquids like Gator Aid of similar products to replace electrolytes in the body.

It is hard to watch you guys knowing just how hot and humid it is while you are working so hard. I live right here in NW Ocala so I know the 100+ heat indice we are having daily. The humidity is so high it feels like it is sucking your breath out when you breathe! We have had Heat Advisories daily! God bless you both and please realize heat strokes are very dangerous. The heat and humidity sounds like a normal day where I live in Australia. 90 doesn’t sound that hot when we get into the 120’s plus. Good work tho guys and be careful of the heat and humidity coz it will knock you stupid and can and will put you into hospital 🤙😎🇦🇺

I live in Saskatchewan Canada but most of my trucking life I ran continental North America with a great percentage in the deep south.
As said to people many many times that temperature has the potential to kill you, but humidity will kill you!

Cold water in really hot sun and stuff can make you overheat more and cause you to have heat stroke quicker use warm water to drink and pour over your head not real hot but not ice cold

You may want to consider getting you a neck fan/cooler. The average price for a neck cooler is about $22. That might provide some relief in this hot weather. God bless you both for all you do.

You definitely need electrolytes in your water and need to also get salt in your body since you sweat heavily in the heat. You can die if your body has no salt.

I used to live in Singapore and the humidity is the same as it is in Florida. I rode a bicycle all over the island also but in the morning. I never worked outside like this pair does so I understand. I would suggest wearing a hat with a large brim also.
