After getting a ruined portal corrupted end portal, eye spy blinding 2 times and reverse eye spying even way more often only 3 silly stronghold things are missing.
The surface exposed stronghold, a lava pool and a water pool corrupted end portal.
Also don't mind checking out Couris Twitch where he is on the road to 4,000 completions with 1 arm.
At the time of writing this we had an insane run with notes that needed to be split into 3 parts due to Twitch character limit.

In one of my first speedruns I managed to blind into the portal room, I was actually beyond shocked

I'm a pretty bad speedrunner and my PB is like 45 min, but on my 7th ever end stronghold enter I blinded into the stronghold after getting 8 obi from an entire bastion and then getting two from a random ruined portal. I then forgot to change my lava for water, had no obi for the one cycle and couldn't make a waterlogged slab and died to an enderman
