Great idea!
I do see however, that the pole of the goal is on the auto line as where the lip of the goal is 4ish inches closer to the robot than the pole is. It’s a good question to determine priorities and strategy, do you want an extra fast goal rush mech that grabs on to the lip of the goal (the nearest surface), or a mech that is slightly slower (because it grabs a surface farther away from the robot) but has a better grab by the center of the pole. Food for thought!

Where did you guys get the piston from

issue with this is that you have to travel further to get to the center of the stake, wasting time

To clarify, we’ll use this in autonomous to get the goal we want before other teams.
