Mengel does illegal serves. Not 16 cm uppwords after leaving his had,and not even almost vertical after those 5 cm uppwords flying after leaving his hand. Without that regular illegaly serving he would have lost the match. Compare his serves to the opponents clearly legal serves so you see the clear difference between unfair and fair serves.
