All i heard was trash, trash, trash

"dont hybridize" meanwhile me with my reflexes/body/cool gunslinger nomad build using revolvers with focus, a giant hammer and a shotgun. i use the hammer to knock enemies down then execute them with the rosco revolver. it does so much damage and it's the most fun build ive ever played, way more than pure netrunner or blades or something else

As soon as I heard knives at b tier I knew something was up. It can melt things if your good enough and have juggler level 3 you basically never run out of knives, and if your first knife is head hunter you do around 300% more damage on your next head shot.

Where are the builds ?!

I liked the part, where he said that hybrid builds are useless and then porceeds to complain how some builds lack range. Sounds kinda like hybridazation could help you out significantly here. The video was extremely poorly researched but the lack of self-awareness made it very entertaining still

Shingen Mark V (Iconic)— a smart SMG with a chance of applying burn, also explode enemies affected by Contagion. Yinglong (smg iconic) "change of EMP blast" with Short Circuit
are good combo's with the right perks. So SMG can be OP. They both Smart weapons, combine with netrunner skills you can beat the game.

honestly your right about the smg's they run through ammo and are still really good but not F tier worthy. Maybe like a C or tier maybe B tier and as much as i like the SMG's i still feel like every time i use them it just feels like im playing some FFS shooter like COD

Honestly melee should be S because there are plenty of guns you can switch to, byakko, guts, and the malorian is a great combo if you spec right. Sandevistan helps you get close with the katana or guts, and the malorian does pretty good damage even if you aren’t speced into rangers or if you’re out of stealth

the intelligent arasaka smg is one of the most op in the game

Because I don't have internet i am still stuck with the busted version of the game were monowire arms don't work mantis arms are average and sometimes jam gorilla hands are over powered as are the rocket launcher arm which were the best arm attachments it seems to me that cd project red spent 3 years fixing the game but for the best results you need a high end pc or next gen console but the consoles that the game was ment for got more of a downgrade version of the busted version in order to make it work a little better but know matter how much time project cd red spent fixing game that shouldn't of needed fixing if they had done their job properly in the first place is still an icon of how not to make a video game even if that game was fun when it worked when most of it was broken

Pistols are the most versatile weapon class. Early game they will carry you through stealth then mid-late game they excel in open combat if you are half decent at aiming. Using that one time slow perk for focus+hitting rapid headshots is one of the most satisfying things in the game

Gorilla arms are way more fun and smooth compared to a hammer

Totally disagree to the point that I'm beginning to doubt we played the same game...

I beat cyberpunk with DLC on hardest difficulty with gorilla arms, didn't died even once a I wasn't using sandevistan or berserk only chrome compressor

For me, Sandy with other implants either keeping me alive or improving my firearm damage aside from legs of course double jump is King

Was that I used pistol, shotguns, and light machine guns I used the core to make the explosive shot one and well, not as powerful as I would hope it would be. I have not had a problem decimating people with it.

Gorilla arms isn't total trash. both now and visible in the video, they provide a +6 to body checks, which while maybe not amazing combat wise does allow you some interactions that would otherwise be closed off for you, and effectively increasing your max level depending on your build
EDIT: Jesus christ, looking at these comments like... the game has ben updated since 11 months ago you know? things in the vid are going to be different! that's why I specifically noted that the info on arms was in the video, meaning it wasn't a new bonus

There is one giant exclusion present in this video. This is Cyberpunk. Always, always style of substance. Always look cool, feel cool over everything else.

First time playing the game and even though you advised against hybrid builds to be the stronger builds, your list has justified my choice for a blade runner build. I like creating Jedi'esque builds and a netrunner/katanna build gets closest. Netrunning is super fun for taking out enemies at a distance and counter attacking solo enemies works well enough for me where I've been facing cyberpsychos. I always like builds that are more versatile and the game does seem to offer that pretty effectively

i personally hate BUILDS. i like hybrid builds because they are so good. i think all of you forgot who V is, a merc. i dont like netrunning builds because in my first playthrough i didnt understand that there is a deck to the netrunning build a basically played the whole game almost without quickhacking, so now i just dont need it. my hybrid build i use almost every playthrough is shotgun + sniper + machete + gorilla arms and they never dissappointed me. and my attribute is 20 body, 20 reflexes, 20 technical, 10 intelligence, 11 cool and as for my cyberware i just use what i think is good and hope i have enough capacity for it. so yeah, the point of all of that is to prove that HYBRID IS GOOD

Throwing knife to start fight, unload amnesty to everybody’s head butcher knife deflect and dashspam until everyone is dead. I literally cannot play any other build because everything is boring after this, do not even care if it’s not the most optimized this build is like playing doom eternal on pcp

😅 idk what this was but i can say if (full body) + (Tech) % (Reflex) = MaxTac being cheese on Hard. Ergo if you can take out the first wave of MT on Hard or higher and still stand your build is golden choom.

I only use Gorilla Arms for fighting quest and to get body checks done early one when I am not putting points into it, other than that I don't really see much use for them these days. I miss the days when hybrid builds weren't just a style choice but they actually had numbers behind them. I would probably still be a netrunner, just because they are so versatile and can handle any situation the game throws at you also they are easy to play on pc or controller. I tried net runner on my 3rd playthrough an never looked back.

So as this was my first tier list video I feel like I made a mistake in not explaining well enough each tier and why things are ranked where they are in relation to power level. Because of this mistake many people seem to think A tier is something other than completely OP. So Im putting this here in hopes it helps people to understand why things are ranked where they are a little better. I still welcome you disagree and we can debate about it in the comments I just want to clarify things a bit more.
