ОтветитьFinally got to do this one today and loved it! Kept with 15s and used 20s only for the squat side steps so I wouldn’t be sore to start tomorrow’s program. Loved the 3/1 format and the 40/20 for 40 minutes. 😅
ОтветитьLoved it. My friend calls your workouts "quick and dirty" lol. Also, wanted to let you know that the volume on your videos are all a bit lower. I've done the build program and a few others and in general, they all seem a bit lower than other videos I see on You Tube.
