I am so grateful to this channel. I've been doing your workouts for at least 5 years, and I will soon join to be a member. My dad suddenly died of a heart attack which wad unexpected and your videos have continued to bring me normalcy and peace. I can see the Christianity in your channel and I am so thankful to you all for that.

FUN 3-1 format! Hammer curls definitely the hardest especially trying for heavier weights on first set! Loving LMNT citrus, watermelon, and grapefruit!

Finally got to do this one today and loved it! Kept with 15s and used 20s only for the squat side steps so I wouldn’t be sore to start tomorrow’s program. Loved the 3/1 format and the 40/20 for 40 minutes. 😅

Loved it. My friend calls your workouts "quick and dirty" lol. Also, wanted to let you know that the volume on your videos are all a bit lower. I've done the build program and a few others and in general, they all seem a bit lower than other videos I see on You Tube.

The best way to start Sunday morning ı loveee this workout I hope we can see more dumbell hiit 40-45 minutes. My favourite move was swings and lateral step I used my kettlebell thank you so much for your effort love from Turkey
