I think that the problem with manu is that the learning curve of manu players do not grow further enough. They do not learn any new skills or techniques at manu. Then their performance keep falling or is not improving.

Everyone can say something on Amorim but Neville he does not have the competence or the expertise to do it because when he had the chance he did not put the work in he didn't have a vision he thought this was just a PR campaign a face for the media and the team and players will be self reliant and as such he got exposed for the impostor he was.

Now when we see any manager struggling and clubs not winning a couple matches you see him salivating feasting at others pain and struggles not knowing he is just exorcising his own demons and the hate towards himself .

He will see those very Managers winning and succeeding where he couldn't because some are the real deal and can tolerate the downs in the path to greater things.

See Neville coming alive when Pep and City are on a bad spell see him when Cristiano was having issues with Ten Hag and the club see him now with Amorim a Manager that was in the same situation as him at Valencia but its succeeding where he couldn't .
