Discus Fish Tank Setup - Keep the Perfect Discus Aquarium Step By Step

Dear, I have a quick question, can you tell me how I can have a very clean aquarium of water so small I have a 450 l aquarium and I have discus fish Last week I bought a filter called Aquarium Filter FX6 external filter this filter is actually for 1500 l of water but the problem is this filter didn't help me either. I also had a 400 l filter now working the two problems are. I still don't have a clean aquarium.
