When there’s clear room on sides maybe up front and they don’t even bother trying to save open spot is what gets me.

It's a relay where a driver has gone there 10 h but the load needs to go on.

They're saving a space for the repower. Someone is going to show up in the middle of their 10 and the next driver is going to want a break as well.

They do that to save the park for swapping (repower) a trailer.

Yeah, not really fair that one takes 2 spots but if the truck stop is not willing to enforce anything, not worth loosing time and being stressed about it

I was bobtail and parked out of the way at the pilot in oak creek wi, they came outside and told me if I didn’t move into a parking spot they’d have the cops come give me a parking ticket. Some places you can get away with not taking up a spot, some places you just can’t.

Sometime they do that if another driver from their company is coming to swap loads. Most of the time that’s why it’s done.

I can’t FNG stand when bobtails or Hot Shots park in the full Truck parking spots.If you bobtail take your A** & park it somewhere else so another trucker who has a trailer can park in that spot.

I thought a bobtail was a box truck
