The Opening of The Palace Bridge in St.Petersburg

I was there that week in 2007! but it rained the morning I was walking along the Admiralty Embankment. I don't think they raise the bridge every night, do they?

Bridges is raising every night from April to November. If isn't in time to move to the right side, will not come home until the morning :). Every nigth )).

Please say when did this bridge get built
