Brother I have a doubt....you use 9 led each 3volts which is connected in series which means total 27 volts but you are using 12v battery. How your light is glowing soooo bright? It must be glow dim.

Very good work but U took a mistake. When You've packed the light's box how heatness of light will go out. You should make lots of holes or keep backside opened or mount a small fan to comeout heatness. Otherwise it'll burn LEDs very soon. But good job. Hope U understand my point & modify it.

Using thermal paste is really good, and using heatsink is excellent, but having everything inside tiny PVC casing without holes for ventilation is NO NO

Its not a reflector .Reflector gives more brightness and light could reach more distance ..
