300 blk needed a monolithic subsonic bullet. Not a competitor that has no logistics support behind it outside of the bolt face and mag is compatible with other arc cartridges

Picked up a 7mm PRC, what a mistake. It's highway robbery for ammo $77 a box, are you on drugs?!! A box or 7mm rem is about $23. Also you guys are liars about your velocities, over 200fps below advertised and you lie on the box. Never getting into anything made by Hornady again. Already got burned years ago with your 17mkii. You need to focus on the shit you've put out instead of burning your customers making tons of rounds that will flop or that you will be robbing then in the price. The rounds are bound to fail at these prices.

Trimming with a pilot creates opportunity for swarve to get in case neck and chew out the surface...which may bother seating tension etc...as inner neck surfaces may vary smooth to chewed out.
I found Lee Quick Trim has no pilot so no damage to inner neck.

You put a CX in 22 ARC. You put a CX in 6.5 Grendel. Why not do a 90gr CX in 6mm ARC?

90 CX in 6.5 Grendel, do you have any data for that? Velocity? My elderly disabled father got a Grendel to step down from his 300 wby. Loading some for him. Looking for the most performance from it. He can’t shoot offhand and has limited mobility. How is the accuracy compared to the SST? Looking for pass throughs on deer at all reasonable angles up to 250 yards. He also goes to the range and doesn’t like big patterns unless it’s shotgun. If you have it factory loaded I’d buy some.

A major issue with .300/8.6blk is price. For .338arc to be successful they will need to find a way to reach economies of scale to make pricing near competitive with 5.56 or they won’t see many people changing over.

Question for the podcast. What is the differences and the advantages to the eld bthp, eld match, aero match bullets. Seems like the eld bthp and the aero match are almost the exact same?

22 cal AR mag length hunting bullet between 70gr and 85gr please! Something like an 80gr SST or 75gr "soft point" but lead leveled off with the jacket meplat like a gold dot(non bonded is fine) with white tails in mind would be perfect!
