ОтветитьSo i love your workouts and understand this is your business and your trying to make money but you really need to remove the adds from the middle of the video. You do timed rest workouts and then throw a 60 second ad a couple times in the middle. You can shut those off on your account and make it a much better workout.

ОтветитьAmazing workout - I've been doing it for a month now and I feel the difference, also I can see it.
If I do all the exercises with one weight, the first 3 (for shoulders) are kinda hard. Is it good if I change the dumbell weight (that will extend the break with 15 sec) or I should restrain from longer breaks?

Been part of a bunch of great workouts while on active duty and since getting out of the Marines have looked for a workout that will give me a pump and not leave me feeling like I needed to do a lot more afterwards. This one made me feel satisfied and great once finished. Thank yall!

ОтветитьWow. Just started this workout. I am 75 years old. My ortho doc Says I need to do some upper body work. I was tired after one set was trying to use my 10 lb dumbbells think will get some 5 lb ones. GREAT WORKOUT!!
