One of my favorite miracles of the Quran is the prophecy about the Byzantine-Persian war. Around 613–614 CE, the Byzantines (Romans) suffered a crushing defeat against the Persians, losing Jerusalem and other key territories. At that time, it seemed impossible for them to recover.

However, during this period—around 615–616 CE, when the Romans were at their lowest—the Quran revealed a prophecy in Surah Ar-Rum (30:2-4):

"The Romans have been defeated in the nearest land, but they will, after their defeat, triumph within a few years. To Allah belongs the command before and after. And that day the believers will rejoice."

Against all odds, the prophecy came true! In 622 CE, Emperor Heraclius launched a counterattack, and by 627 CE, the Byzantines decisively defeated the Persians at the Battle of Nineveh, fulfilling the Quran’s prediction. This remains one of the most powerful proofs of the Quran's divine truth!
