PS5 Dual Sense Edge Vs Scuf Reflex - Which one is BEST?

Scuf is good for pc. And also its nice if you want it custom color. Edge makes me dropshot so easy and just 2 back buttons. No space to misclick. I cant get used to 4 back buttons

Just recently got PS5 Pro and considering to acquire Edge, but it somehow doesn’ t make such good impression as Xbox Elite version which I have for 2 years now. Aside of adaptive trigger technology it doesn’t seem so luxurious as the Xbox analog with all those metal magnetic switchable parts 🥲

I got the Edge because their cheaper than a custom, you can buy them in-store, you have all the same customizability short of the cosmetics, you get Haptics, the triggers are adjustable to be shorter although not quite as short as a mouse click but you can change it on the fly.

Dualsense edge in white is absolutely disgusting

The only reason to buy a SCUF is for the 4 back buttons, otherwise the DualSense Edge wins in almost every other category.

The only thing I would say that the edge has the ability to get rid of stick drift. I think I’m sold.

The edge controller is better than the scuff. Do with that info what you will. Most people just want you to use affiliate links so they make a profit. The edge is already perfect.

The fact ya would rather have 4 mappable back buttons than being able to easily replace your stick drift sticks is insane .. within a month the scuf will have stick drift and have to replace the entire controller

The quick profile switching on the edge isn't something I'd be using a lot, i mostly got it for the paddles, but i actually use it almost every time i play multi-player games. Even within the same game I have different joystick aim settings (like linear or precision) for different characters and it's helped up my game. I was worried about them keeping the replacement joysticks in stock since I heard they run out quickly when in stock, but when the time came they luckily did have them on the Playstation site. I checked again a month later and they had them in stock again so I got 2 extras to have them ready, but I had the originals since the controller came out, so I hopefully will be set for a year or 2. Happy i bought it.

the elite series 2 has 40 hours….and better response times

Bro really didn’t look at the games you can be better at like fps and shooter/fighter games with those instant hair/digital press triggers and bumpers. The scuf also comes with instant press face buttons(which costs extra), 4 amazingly comfortable paddles which are instant click as well. With that your response time will be better as you will have a faster controller and the best advantage. I personally think that you should get the scuf if you’re playing competitive and playing to earn money. If you’re just an average playing for fun player, even the normal dualsense controller is ok but if you want an advantage, go for the dualsense edge. I would get a personalised controller from another brand like cinch gaming(not sponcered message) which is just BETTER. You can also go for the Victrix pro bfg controller.

Controllers are being priced at what I paid for a N64 or PS2 console... ridiculous

Doesn’t matter how nice and fancy they make the controller if any one of them can get stick drift it’s funny how all these corporations like to flex on faulty equipment.

You don’t even get an eight hour battery life on the edge if it is just sitting still.

mine stopped charging 2 weeks in and battery barley even last dislike the edge a lot

After plenty of time to review, You are going to replace the scuf every year there is absolutely no chance you are not going to replace this controller. Its durability is its worst feature making all its other features mute. The ability to combat stick drift with replaceable modules makes this a no brainer. Stay Frosty

I still cant choose 😭 the triggers is where i am at since i havent been able to feel any of em idk which has a better respomse as i only play shooter games and occasionally i play Spiderman 2 but i have a regular controller for that

My hands are really small, so the scuf seems really uncomfortable for me. The higher half domes on my dual sense edge are perfect, though I wish I could have more buttons back there comfortably.
