Vinnie was and is a horrible player. Dare I say an even more frenetic, sloppy, and completely unmusical "solo" spot than CC Deville.

Vinnie would've had a great career, if he'd put his stupidity aside.
Man, I love those 2 cd's, and EP of his - wish he would've made more music instead of suing kiss.

Fact Vinnie Vincent was a victim of egotists Paul Stanley and Gene Simmons, Corrrupt promoters and people trying to control him. he is probably like me has a hard to impossible time at trusting people, he probably can not trust people due to something in his past. I can relate. I do not trust "ANYBODY" due to past experiences. But nobody asks Vinnie why are you acting the way you are is there something that scared you in your past. No every jumps to the Vinnie Vincent is a egotistical selfish Narcissist and i say to them No you are mistaking Vinnie Vincent with Paul Stanley and gene Simmons and Ace Frehley and Peter Criss can back that up.

It’s funny how all of those cheesy 80s metal video show some random hot girl in black-n-white grainy film tossing their hair around looking lost spliced throughout the video and the band playing video on a soundstage. Thank God Nirvana showed up and put these jokes back to roofing.

Great guitar player and songwriter. They were using his songs on the Revenge album which came out in 1992, almost a decade after he left. Just a train wreck of a person. I rember Adrian Smith of Iron Maiden wearing Vinnie Vincent Invasion t-shirts around 1988 or so. That's high praise in my book. Great video, regardless. Keep 'em coming! 🤘

Vinnie surfaced not too long ago, leading to rumored he was either dying, or possibly dead-broke. There's also a story way back how his wife was murdered and although he was not involved, yeah that could lead to reclusive behavior.

KISS sucked without Ace. They couldn't even write good songs without him. With the classic line-up, they "were" good song writers. It's amazing how they changed for the worse post Ace. If Gene and Paul wrote the songs, how could they lose their ability to write without Ace?

KISS also lost their groove without the Cat-Man ( like Judas Priest lost their groove sans, Dave Holland).

I still have that Vinny Vincent Invasion album, but i have no idea what the hell possessed me to buy it to begin with.

A supernova in the Kiss story which, for the most part, slowly faded into the musical equivalent of a red dwarf. What might have been with a third VV inspired Kiss album and a subsequent Alive III (worried about the solo spot? hey, they cut down Ace's solos don't forget - an absolute train wreck unless you were there watching it!). I could understand not giving full shares to the legacy stuff but moving forward? Bruce was an employee (sorry Bruce...)......
