Arteta came in and adapted to the players and made them the best veriosn of themselves even players he didnt want. For example he tried a back 4 and within a couple of games saw how bad the defenders were so changed to a back 5. He saw the team was trash but recognised we had one of the very best goal scorers in the world despite it being a lazy and unprofessional player Arteta made him the main man and got used him until he didnt need him any more in Aubameyang.

Adapting his demands and catering to what we had at the club won Arsenal an FA cup and got the players on side instantly. Then in his second season despite the patchy form we could see the flashes of what he wanted and could see how he was moving us forward.

Almorim came in and upset all the players by publicly telling them they were the worst ever United team. The one star player at the club in Rashford he openly disciplined and shattered any chance of getting anything out of him. I cant stand Rashford but like Auba at Arsenal he is capable in short spells. Almorim should have got him on side and used him until he doesnt need him anymore as he could win a cup for United whereas the players he kept can not.

Doing things like playing Mainoo upfront, using Casemiro and Eriksen in a 2 man midfield and playing Fernandes on the right is just pathetic. He came in and slammed a weak and fragile dressing room when we all know that they will collapse under pressure. This job is too much for him and he is probably the worst manager United have had in my lifetime so for that reason and being an Arsenal fan I prey United stand by him for a long long time.
