Stage 1 80cc big bore kit by Rolling Wrench

Is your 80cc kit a true 80cc kit with the 50mm? With the stock crank, a 50mm bumps the cc’s from 49.5 to 81.3.

Some places sell a 47mm kit as a 80cc kit but the actual cc’s are 71.8.

What size jets are you using for the big bore vs stock? I just got this kit and not sure if my cvt needs work or just needs to upjet I cant get past 40 lol ?

so dont use after market head?. i got 80cc kit and exhuast so use the sock head

did you say reuse the  stock head. so i can reuse the 50cc stock head. i just installed mine and the rocker arms are very loose. I dont know where i went wrong.

This is for different style motors. The oil pump that comes in the kit is just a replacement and in most cases not necessary. Stay away from the cheap ebay kits. We tried them and they do not last.

Why are there 16 and 21 tooth oil pump drive Sprocket's on the crank ?
