ОтветитьPersonally, I don't even wanna think about the recoil of those 200grainers smacking my shoulder!
ОтветитьLove the added chat at the end fellas was very interesting
ОтветитьSo?
ОтветитьI have never seen someone shooting with the stock tucked und the body..but it seems to work.
ОтветитьSenjatanya mayor konig vs vasily
ОтветитьAm i the only one who heard the saving private ryan audio clip?🤣 pretty badass
Ответитьไฮ
ОтветитьIs still as hunting rifle in use in Germany.
ОтветитьMein henchen! Ha ha ha, nice.
ОтветитьSão todas lindas demais tope tope tope demais 😎♥️👍
Ответитьbro ate the chicken dinner
Ответитьenough with this 1000 yard propaganda...effective German snipers stayed within 600 meters for chest shots and 400 meters for head shots...the idea was to hit your man where you aimed with one shot....then get out of there....avoid detection !!! years later marine snipers had similar standards....get close enough to get your man and then disappear....none of this glamorous long range crap touted by the movie industry...gather your intelligence information get your man and get out !!!
ОтветитьIf on the receiving end of this and you survive, people ask what happened, you can tell them you got hit by a Kar..
Ответитьး❤
Ответить❤
Ответитьbro, that saving private Ryan sound clip was genious
Ответитьthe Kar98k is not a Sniper it is a marksman rifle in Call of Duty Warzone.😞
ОтветитьI know this is an old video but hopefully you see this. I was wondering if there’s any kind of side mount scope like this that just drills into the wood? I have a 7mm Mauser and want to add a spice to it but don’t want to go through the trouble of changing everything on the receiver and having to go to a gun smith
ОтветитьK98k and Mukbang, 🎉🎉🎉🎉
ОтветитьThe shooter was impeccable, the spotter needs another vocation
Ответитьmmmm so good!!!
lol
My great uncle from Baden in Germany had a mauser in Belgium at the end of ww2 and told my dad he killed a american soldier sitting in a jeep at long range.
ОтветитьIf one is comparing rifles for accuracy, it is important to load your own ammunition for each rifle and calibre because extreme accuracy beyond that of mass production tolerances is required. While almost all ammo is "Good Enough" at normal battle ranges, for extreme shooting it is not of sufficient consistency to ensure repeatable results. That means no batch changes in the powder, and all projectiles weighed (I spin them as well, but few fail in this regard), as well as having exactly the same powder load within one thousandth of a gram or better.
Most military ammunition is multi-purpose, loaded to operate a machine gun, either gas operated or recoil operated, as well as be used in a rifle, which means when used in a rifle you also have excess muzzle blast and a flash that gives away your position. Death for a sniper, because it might well mean a 100mm cannister round with your name on it unless you can shoot then scoot.
Also, it often also means this clip ammo is not the best load or the optimum powder for extreme range accuracy. One needs a slightly slower powder burn, and an EXACT amount of gas produced to maximise bullet acceleration down the barrel with as little muzzle blast as possible, and to that end, proper crowning of the barrel end as well as using blast reducers and rearward deflectors (as well as reducing recoil, but loud for the shooter) are often employed.
you reload faster if you had bullet loops lol
Ответитьchicken dinner
ОтветитьMy father was at battle of the bulge driving troop transports at night, and hated snipers. He never could appreciate knocking out VNA an VC leaders during vietnam. I met Carlos Hathcock while I was in Va Beach and pops was unimpressed...
ОтветитьI particularly enjoy your content, to the point of watching twice, need more fresh stuff.
ОтветитьThe bullet from this thing can travel far than 3kms.
ОтветитьCan you do an pov on iron sight and sniper scope pls i need to know how to aim the thing at far distance. Thank you.
ОтветитьAll bullet sizes in mm, and distance in yards? I love how stupid muricans are
ОтветитьWHY NO Safety Glasses ???
ОтветитьWärst ein guter Scharfschütze, Grüße aus Deutschland 🇩🇪
ОтветитьHenry, they were both low. I own 2 cut K98.
ОтветитьYou had a significant advantage because Germany didn't produce "boat tail" 8mm Mauser bullets. Try it with a "Spitzer" bullet with a significantly lower G1 Ballistic Coefficient at 1km and you will see how much harder it really was to hit a target at that range. You basically cheated, no offense!
ОтветитьDas war noch deutsche Wertarbeit
ОтветитьThe Original Caliber is 8x75 IS .... Infaterie Spitz .... named 7.92 mm....
ОтветитьOriginal ZF by Carl Zeiss Jena is the ZF 39/40 4x32
Ответитьbest reticle imo
ОтветитьMy father didn't need a scope to be a deadly partisan sniper in WW II.
ОтветитьJust dont go to Dallas Texas with that...
ОтветитьEvery Time I come to this video , I am so impressed by the velocity of the bullet impacting the target at 350 yards. Watching the water leap up into the air almost to the midway point of the steel target, is so impressive
ОтветитьIs the caliber of the Kar the same as the caliber of the Fal?
Ответить8mm Mauser hits with authority.
ОтветитьI realized mid-run that the scope was calibrated off to the right. However, please take note at how tight the rifle was grouping even at longer distances.
FYI, if you've seen how these German scopes are adjusted for windage (you adjust the mount with two screws, the scope has no windage adjustment), you'll understand how I am loathing having to head back out to re-zero. This rifle was for sure loads of fun to shoot! - Henry
